4 x 1-Hour Sessions: Whistler Technologies delivers virtual training sessions covering the four fundamental practices required for rosin production at scale. These sessions provide your team with essential knowledge and best practices.
Virtual Lab Observation & Support
4 x 4-Hour Lab Sessions: Following each training session, we virtually observes your team's lab processes, offering real-time troubleshooting, feedback for process optimization, and guidance on improving product quality.
Training Materials
Training Slides: A copy of the training slides is provided to your team, serving as a reference for the concepts covered during the sessions.
On-Site Training & Support
In-Person Training: Staff flights and accommodation are included, allowing us to deliver both training and lab support in person.
5 x 8-Hour On-Site Sessions: We spend five full days on-site to ensure that all fundamentals of rosin production at scale are thoroughly understood and implemented by your production team.
Advanced On-Site Training
Second Full Week (5 x 8 Hours): Staff remains on-site for an additional week, delivering specialized training sessions on cold-water extraction, freeze drying, harvesting, product development, and biomass assessment & testing.
Comprehensive Reporting & SOP Review
Leadership Report: We provide a detailed report to your leadership team, outlining the strengths and weaknesses of your current processes. The report includes a comprehensive implementation plan and a summary of findings.
SOP Review & Update: We internally review and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) contributing to the quality and throughput of rosin production at your facility, with updates to up to 10 SOPs.
