Shipping policy

  1. Order Processing: At Whistler Technologies, we prioritize order processing based on the order sequence. Typically, we strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days upon receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. In certain instances of high order volumes, there may be slight delays in processing. We make every effort to inform customers promptly regarding any backorders.

  2. Shipping Time: Our team endeavours to process orders within X to X business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following the confirmation of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification to keep you informed about its status.

  3. Liability and Signature Requirement: Please be advised that Whistler Technologies cannot assume responsibility for the order/package's security after delivery. For orders exceeding $600 in value or presses shipped internationally, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

  4. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be accurately calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

  5. Local Pickup: For your convenience, we offer free local pickup for in-store orders. During the checkout process, you can select the local pickup option. Rest assured, our team will promptly prepare your order, and we will notify you as soon as it is ready for pickup.

  6. International Shipping: We extend our shipping services to most countries worldwide. International shipping charges will be calculated and presented during the checkout process. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT, which are your responsibility as the customer.

  7. Order Status: Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number. This allows you to conveniently monitor the status of your shipment.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, kindly contact our support team at info@whistlertech.com. Please provide your name and order number, and we will promptly assist you.

  1. Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Please note that certain products, such as Whistler Presses, Hydraulics, and other large items shipped via UPS, cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  1. Returns: Our return policy spans 30 days. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for purchases made beyond the 30-day period. Eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover shipping expenses, packaging, and the effort required to resell the product as used.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging as received.

Returns will not be accepted for items with a delivery confirmation tracking number from the shipping provider.

  1. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification to confirm its arrival and inform you of the refund approval or rejection. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the amount will be adjusted to deduct the return shipping expenses.

For items exceeding $75 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item, as we cannot guarantee its receipt.
